Welcome to Teach the Game Fantasy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application and services (collectively, the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account or log in using third-party services (e.g., Google, Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Access or use another user’s account without permission
Upload or distribute malicious code, spam, or anything that disrupts the App
Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the App or its underlying technology

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this section.

4. Fantasy Sports Data

The App integrates with fantasy sports platforms to provide tools like draft assistance and team management. By using these features, you give us permission to access league-related data solely to enhance your experience.

We do not store sensitive third-party login credentials or share your league data with outside parties.

5. In-App Purchases & Ads

The App may offer in-app purchases (e.g., premium subscriptions) and display ads. All purchases are final and subject to the terms of the app store you used (Apple App Store or Google Play).

We are not responsible for third-party content shown in ads.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including code, design, branding, and features — is the property of Teach the Game Fantasy LLC (or its licensors) and is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Use of the App is at your own risk.

We are not liable for any decisions made based on fantasy sports recommendations provided by the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teach the Game Fantasy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the past 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
